Acceptance

By accessing or using CarSharePK, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nature of the service

CarSharePK is an online intermediary that facilitates connections between independent drivers and riders. We do not provide transportation services ourselves and are not a transport operator. Trips are entered into between riders and drivers; CarSharePK provides the technology platform only.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Drivers must meet verification and applicable requirements we communicate in the product.

User conduct

You agree to use the platform lawfully, without harassment, fraud, or misuse. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to other users.

Payments

Fees, wallets, and payment flows are as shown in the application. You are responsible for any taxes or charges applicable to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarSharePK and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to CarSharePK for platform fees in the preceding twelve (12) months, where such fees exist, unless otherwise required by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarSharePK from claims arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Disputes between drivers and riders

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising between a driver and a rider (including relating to a trip, fare, conduct, loss, or damage) is strictly between those parties. CarSharePK may offer support tools for convenience but does not adjudicate such disputes. Such disputes shall be resolved by the parties in the competent courts of Pakistan, and not as a class action, unless otherwise required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
