The agreement between you and CarSharePK when you use our car-sharing platform as a driver or a passenger.

By accessing or using CarSharePK, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02 Nature of the service
CarSharePK is an online car-sharing platform and intermediary that facilitates connections between independent drivers and passengers for shared travel within a city and between cities. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers as transport staff, or provide transportation ourselves, and we are not a transport operator. Trips are entered into directly between passengers and drivers; CarSharePK provides the technology platform that matches them and supports the journey.
03 Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may refuse, suspend, or remove accounts that provide false information or pose a risk to other users.
04 Driver registration & verification
Drivers must complete registration and verification before offering rides. This includes submitting a valid CNIC, a driving licence, vehicle registration, vehicle details and photos, and a contactable phone number. Drivers must keep their documents valid and up to date, drive lawfully, hold any insurance required by law, and ensure their vehicle is roadworthy. We may decline or revoke a driver’s access if verification fails, documents expire, or conduct puts passengers at risk. Many of our drivers are everyday commuters and corporate professionals who share their route to offset fuel costs — verification keeps this community trustworthy.
05 User conduct
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully — without harassment, discrimination, fraud, unsafe behaviour, or misuse. Carrying prohibited or illegal items is strictly forbidden. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or endanger other users.
06 Fares, payments & wallets
Fares, platform fees, wallets, and payment flows are shown in the application. Drivers share travel costs with passengers through the platform; you are responsible for any taxes or charges applicable to you. Any registration or service fees are presented before you confirm.
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarSharePK and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to CarSharePK in platform fees in the preceding twelve (12) months, where such fees exist, unless otherwise required by law.
08 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarSharePK from claims arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
09 Disputes between drivers & passengers
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising between a driver and a passenger (including relating to a trip, fare, conduct, loss, or damage) is strictly between those parties. CarSharePK may offer support tools for convenience but does not adjudicate such disputes. Such disputes shall be resolved by the parties in the competent courts of Pakistan, and not as a class action, unless otherwise required by law.
10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
