Passengers and drivers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. CarSharePK does not insure, guard, or guarantee the safety of baggage or items carried on any trip. Neither passengers nor drivers may bring claims against CarSharePK for loss, theft, delay, or damage to luggage or personal property. Please take care of your own belongings at all times.
02 Vehicle damage
CarSharePK will not be responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or accident involving any car or vehicle. The company does not provide vehicle insurance, and any claims or disputes regarding car damage must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
03 Our role as a platform
CarSharePK is an online car-sharing service provider only. We provide the software, driver verification, and matching functionality that connect drivers and passengers. We do not employ drivers for transportation and do not control how trips are performed. While we verify driver documents to strengthen trust, use of the platform is at your own risk subject to these documents.
04 Disputes between driver & passenger
Any dispute or claim between a driver and a passenger (including regarding trips, payments between them, conduct, or losses) shall be resolved between those parties in the competent courts of Pakistan. CarSharePK is not a party to such disputes except where required by law.
05 No warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarSharePK disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
