Delete Your Account & Data
How to permanently delete your CarSharePK account and personal data, what we remove, and what we must keep.

You are in control of your data. This page explains how to delete your CarSharePK account — as a passenger or a driver — and what happens to your information afterwards. You can request deletion from inside the app or directly from this web page, without needing to install or open the app.
02 Delete from the app
Open the CarSharePK app, go to Settings, and tap “Delete Account”. You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out, and your personal data is queued for deletion as described below.
03 Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@carsharepk.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Include the phone number registered with your account so we can verify your identity. We will action verified requests and confirm by email.
04 What we delete
We delete or anonymise your personal profile, name, profile photo, email, saved pickup/drop-off locations, in-app messages, ratings and feedback, device tokens, and your precise location history associated with your account.
05 What we may keep (and why)
For legal, tax, accounting, safety and fraud-prevention reasons we may retain a limited set of records for a limited period: completed trip and payment/wallet transaction records, dispute and complaint records, and driver verification documents (CNIC, licence, vehicle registration) where law requires. These are kept only as long as required and access is restricted to authorised staff.
06 How long it takes
Account deactivation is immediate. Personal data is permanently removed or anonymised within 30 days of a verified request, except for records we are legally required to retain for longer. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
