I cannot register. What should I do?

Check phone format, email uniqueness, and required fields. Drivers must upload profile picture and complete required onboarding fields.

I cannot create or publish rides.

For drivers, wallet balance must stay above PKR 2,000 and account verification must be approved.

My payment proof is not approved yet.

Open Wallet and check request status. Pending requests are reviewed by admin from Payments module.

How do I contact admin support quickly?
